Boone Hospital Center reports its quarterly magazine produced through a partnership with ICM Custom Publishing Solutions has created a buzz for the hospital.

Market Research Illustrates Effectiveness Of Custom Publishing

Boone Hospital Center is operated by BJC Healthcare, one of the nation’s largest and most successful not-for-profit health care systems.

BJC’s Market Research division recently conducted a survey of the recipients of Boone Hospital Center’s myBooneHealth magazine that is published quarterly and distributed throughout 15 counties in central Missouri. A survey link was mailed or emailed to random selection of 9,351 recipients. The survey received a 4 percent response rate with 92% of all surveyed recipients recalling receiving the publication in their mail. 84% of recipients said they were very likely to use the hospital for their next health care service as a result of what they had learned from the magazine. 93% of recipients said the magazine created a positive impression of the hospital.
